Your online tracking information will be available as soon as our contract couriers updates their system. Please allow 1-2 business days for this to occur as sometimes there might be a small delay with this.

Delivery time is about 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. And please not our warehouse is closed on public holidays. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days.
If the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, we will have to charge a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund.
