DELIVERY, RETURN & WARRENTY

Delivery

Uggdfo.com.au can only ship to Australia for online orders. We use either Australia Post or other premium couriers for all deliveries. Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Delivery times may vary during sale or peak periods due to high order volumes.

Your online tracking information will be available as soon as our contract couriers updates their system. Please allow 1-2 business days for this to occur as sometimes there might be a small delay with this. 

Refer to your shipping confirmation email for your order tracking number and this will provide you with delivery status updates. 

Delivery time is about 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. And please not our warehouse is closed on public holidays. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days.
If the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, we will have to charge a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you.
If the cancel or exchange requests made after dispatching a $10 restocking fee will be charged as well.

Returns

NO RISK 30 DAY EXCHANGES, RETURN AND REFUNDS
If you would like to return your purchases, please contact us via email first (info@uggdfo.com.au) to get the return approved. In your e-mail, please kindly provide your order information and the service you require. You will then receive a confirmation email with your ticket number and instructions about how to return. We offer returns for items that purchased within 30 days.
Note:
-The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
- If you would like to return your purchase because of sizes or simply change your mind, the return postage will be at your cost while we cover the second delivery if the exchange is needed.
-If we sent you a faulty or wrong item, we will provide you a return label to send it back.
- Please make sure you include a note in the return parcel with your order number, name, request and delivery address.

Warranty

Our products are warranted for 3 months against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker coloured sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter coloured sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discolouration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
