Your online tracking information will be available as soon as our contract couriers updates their system. Please allow 1-2 business days for this to occur as sometimes there might be a small delay with this.
Refer to your shipping confirmation email for your order tracking number and this will provide you with delivery status updates.
Delivery time is about 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. And please not our warehouse is closed on public holidays. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days.
If the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, we will have to charge a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. -The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
- If you would like to return your purchase because of sizes or simply change your mind, the return postage will be at your cost while we cover the second delivery if the exchange is needed.
